Regular meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at 4:00 pm in the Lower level meeting Room.


You will also be assigned to two committees, which will meet, when necessary, around members' schedules.

The director will give you a complete list of members and their contact information, invite you on a tour of the library, and send you a packet before each meeting - via email, mail, or for pick-up.

This orientation will be divided into two subjects:

library governance and library funding.
